crete carrier pet policy

hey all im starting at crete carriers (dry van) soon, recruiter says starting pay is .61. i have almost 2 years experience, my concern is im leaving my current company and jumping directly into a crete truck and i have my small cat. they told me about the deposit and the increments that would be taken out each check, does anyone have further insight on this? Can i pay the total deposit upfront to avoid the deductions?

 

i dont plan to, im not one to company hop, but i would like to know if that is an option i have

 

and i also read that along with that deduction, they deduct a certain amount from your per mile
