Yeah, so now the real story can come out about Triple R Logistics . This company is literally the epitome of petty. I spent my last weekend stuck in the ice and snow at a delivery for this company and needed a tow truck to get pulled out I came into the business through the front but due to excessive snow bank build up I was unable to take the turn into the delivery area and chose to exit the back of the delivery and return to the front so I could back in. I ended up not being able to make the turn and became stuck, I did everything in my power to get the truck and trailer out of the road without using the tow truck. Tow truck comes and pulls me through the turn and I go back to the entrance and back in to complete the delivery. Now, I am home and severed working for them and I get my final check with over 950 dollars missing. $750 for a tow and $150 for "employment fees" I would understand paying for a tow if it was something that could have been avoided on my part but it was not avoidable. The owner of the company is holding a grudge because I dont want to work for them and because I hung up on him. So now him and the "Fleet Manager" have come up with a plan to get everything they can out of a disabled veteran. .

Your veteran status doesnt afford you special treatment.

Get a lawyer otherwise youre out of luck.

Companies DO NOT have to cover incurred costs by their drivers, THEY CAN charge you for it.

The only thing you can argue is them to explain the "employement fee"

You got yourself stuck because you thought you could do something, you didn't KNOW.

Wise wisdom from my trainer who had 1.5 mil safe miles verified, and over 3mil under his belt.

If you dont know, then only go out the way you came in.

That sucks man. You probably will have to cut your losses on this one. These smaller non-reputable companies do things like that. It happens though. Hopefully you land on your feet.
