The old saying goes "if I win the lottery, I'll just keep on trucking until it's all gone"
The way a lot of guys understand numbers and money, it's a true statement.Ruthless Thanks this. -
True, how ever one reason I will never do anything wuth Paccar again is. PACCAR faces multiple class action lawsuits regarding alleged defects in its MX-13 diesel engines and after-treatment systems in Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks. Even though, it might fall through the Redflag is there. The amount of problems that occurred with the motor and transmission since purchased back in 2022 especially in this Freight Market only ampliies the matter.

Actual lawsuits or trucker talk? Do you have a link to them?
-
Eh, I googled and looks like a couple are in process. Class action only means the lawyers get a bunch of money while those affected get a few bucks. Can’t imagine what the legal costs are on a lawsuit that started in 2023. lol. I can maybe see tge injector one, but I would bet the extended warranty on them was the result of the suit that was settled. Lean on your warranty guy and get some gen 3’s and you’ll be good to go. The aftertreatment uses the same Cummins parts as what you’d get with an x15 so I don’t see how that can be hung on Paccar.
