Ran into one today down in TX picking up a preloaded meat run...sweet so far. Take my trailer down to Dos Amigos truck wash and pay my $19. Upon entering meat plant am informed that the loaded trailer I am picking up was returned dirty and I must pay $22. Granted, this is reimbursed but got to go through the comcheck thing and why don't they inspect the trailers upon return? Anyway on the way to 99....only one stop, unlike last nursery run 5 stops woohoo!

The other day, I took the only trailer available in WVC that didn't have visibly rotten potatoes in it, washed it out and ran up to Hershey's in Ogden. Hershey's wouldn't accept the trailer because they said it smelled. I then spent the next hour wondering why my mac 1's weren't being returned and walked into Lofthouse Foods to use their phone to call dispatch (My phone was broken at the time). I ended up taking the trailer back down to Clearfield to get another one. Those potatoes cost me 2 hours that I could have spent at home. I hate potatoes.

Is anyone else having phone issues with Central...not to mention lack of communication, especially on nights and weekends?

Haven't had a problem with communications. I consider lack thereof on n/w's a blessing. If I have to talk to n/w, it means I have a problem with the load or they do, either way not a good thing. Usually I'm preset for the weekend.

Waiting for a midnight delivery in Portland, then p/u a 3 stop Fred Meyer load for Idaho, with a possible repower to Illinois thrown in for the heck of it.

Those 3 stop FM loads to Twin Falls, Pocatello, and Idaho Falls are awesome. Usually the load is only about 30k =)

Amazing. That is my current Home. I could not get home for my anniversary. Does any one have a clue how they really dispatch?
