Pretty sure the survey results influenced that opinion lol. They don't want half of their drivers quitting over it.

I would give the next raise up (if it really happens) if they would invest that money in a better spec'd truck instead of these barebones Freightliners who's seats are only slightly better than a thin seat pad on aluminum stadium bleachers...I think a wooden church pew would be more comfortable. And maybe spec them with a passenger sidebox.

My only issue is even on moderate bumps my seat will bottom out and it doesn't feel good after several hours....

Also they could lower the mileage for bonus make it 25,000 ....much easier to get even if you have a bad couple of weeks...

The OEM Peterbilt seats have a dampening adjustment for the up/down motion. From bouncy to firm, I’m surprised the Freightliner doesn’t have that, or that Crete specs a seat without that feature.

You are going to Tito’s. I always put a load strap in the back of the trailer before I bumped the dock. They will secure the load for you. As soon as you bump the dock they are loading your trailer. Really friendly people. If you get to your drop early call them and see if they can take you. Most of the the time they will take a load a day early.

I got there, checked in, was loaded and gone over an hour before my appointment. At first I thought it would be my appointment before I got in because the staging area was over 1/2 full, but they're like Costco, their system works great.

As slow as the data is on the trucks comm unit, they couldn't even stream audio, let alone video. I wouldn't worry about them spying on you secretly.
