We have W9 and T8 KWs with isx cummins power that will pull 5 average pulling the same loads. That and they pass me going up hill.

Rat, If your having trouble with vibration and power/fuel you may have a faulty injector. If there is nothing wrong with the engine try having the low idle adjusted, may take away the shake when you're trying to sleep, all trucks have a resonate frequency due to the chassis length (like a big tuning fork) if the engine RPM is close to this frequency you can get a bad vibration. I had a Western Star that would shake your fillings out at 700RPM if you stood on the tank step, cut the low idle to 650RPM, problem gone completely.
Every thing out here is 96000 or more and I dont every see any non Acert C15 towing 96000 pounds that gets less than 4.5 MPG (even 475hps) unless there is something wrong with it, even the Acerts are gettting better than 4 MPG.. Most B-Doubles get 4 MPG or better towing 138000 pounds, Acerts get between 3.5 and 4 MPG for same weight. -
plz send me what i need to replace on my mbn c15 to get more mileage and power with out blowing it up

i got mbn i went 500 miles at 68 mph then slowed to 58 on 68 g of fuel on flat ground

lose the Baldwin Filters! I know cats are more expensive but they flow more fuel. Baldwins just won't flow enough fuel.
