But also, you have to be able to spot when someone says something absurd in regards to something else absurd. I know around here it's really hard to tell sometimes though. I won't run. Ohio has nothing to offer me so I wouldn't even be there but in my younger days, I ran alot. Still have a squeaky clean license too. They can radio ahead but when they can't see the bike anymore, what do they tell the other guys? I am in pursuit of a bike that went somewhere? LMAO

Its amazing how many guys think that way but still end up busted. They all seem to forget that thingy on the back....what do you call it?..... Oh thats right, a license plate. I'm sure they all think they can outrun eyesight too...lol.

But you do have to admit. They make for good TV on Worlds Dumbest Speeders....

Look at the bikes. That plate is technically on the back of many sportbikes, but completely blocked by the rear tire. Mine isn't anymore but it used to be.

Eventually that will go to the state or even the US supreme court. Cops are human too and have "off" days. No way are they accurate 100% of the time. Even tho you'll find plenty of them that would tell you other wise.

It was the state supreme court that made the ruling. Since traffic enforcement is cleary a state function I doubt the US Supreme court would ever hear the case.
