Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

those tickets are a deal killer!
start checking each company you're interested in and ask them their idle policy/apu situation. Then if they meet your criteria, apply. -
Not sure what you need? If you are not happy with Swift, you might want to apply elsewhere. There's a lot of freight moving now, so you should have no trouble finding loads to haul.
-
I agree with the previous post. For the speeding tickets, simple. slow down.
-
How can we help you?
-
send a message to safety and they will get your auto idle fixed. when you explain that you can't sleep because of the heat and its unsafe they will talk to a terminal near where you are and get you fixed.
-
not that I am trying too be a smart ##### but SWIFT=Sure Wish I Had a Fast Truck how on eatrh do you get a sppeding ticket in one of those trucks?
-
its easy! just push the the clutch in going down hill. Qualcomm goes nuts safety starts calling and you get to laugh your behind off.
