No the cops aren't the LAW, they are the ENFORCERS of the law. You don't tell an officer what to do. You do what they tell You to do.
Raising your voice to an officer, touching an officer attempting to affect an arrest is an aggressive action and punishable BY LAW.
    It is known as assault.

You should probably stay home and lock the doors, for your saftey and the general populations, and for gods sake, stay away from beer!
You already seem 10 feet tall and bulletproof.:biggrin_25514:

You are NOT a free citizen, your stuff is MINE if i want it,and felt like removing it from your trailor,to include your females, your dogs, and your new copy of the Karate Kid on VHS.
The only thing stopping me from driving down the street in YOUR jacked up truck is guys in uniform, guys like the "young punk"in the video.
    Bet on that.

Its people with your attitude that makes life rough on us all, kinda like the attitude this girl took with the cop in the video.
He didnt think he was above the law,she did,and so do you.
Let me know how that works out for ya skippy,or better yet dont,I will just read about you in a future post here or in a newspaper back page someday.

...and if I caught you trying to "help yourself" to my stuff, you wouldn't live long enough to see the cops show up. The law around here is pretty relaxed when it comes to private citizens defending themselves and their property.

I don't dial 911. Never have. By the time I'm calling for the cops, the situation is under control and I use the non-emergency number. The police file reports good for making insurance claims...and that's about it.

Court after court has determined that the police have no legal duty or obligation to protect anyone or to even respond to any calls. Your safety is your responsibility, and my safety is my responsibility. The "boys in blue" mop up the mess and take care of the paperwork....if they aren't too busy harassing people collecting revenue.

    Now now,I was being nice.
Yes i was going to take your females and all your dogs, but I wasnt going to touch your NASCAR or PBR beer can collection.

    Your missing the point entirely.

Im heavily armed myself, and dont belive in calling 911 on someone trying to hurt me or mine,so we agree on homestead justice.

The point is,whatever you have, whatever your going to have,to include whatever version of "freedom"you subscribe to,is all won and kept by our guys and gals in green. Its the guys n gals in blue that keep it for you on a daily basis.
You need to visit parts of this world that has no law,or places where they have no police to infoce the laws.
Its a different game, with no time outs and no calling 911 when your overrun and outnumbered.
Everything you know, from stoplights to standing in line at a store is different.
With no police and citizens that respect the laws,no amount of ammo would stop gangs of bad guys from taking from you what they want.

I just hope that anti police chip on your shoulder doesnt get you into trouble some day(it will)and I really hope you dont pass it onto your offspring.
How proud will you be to see one of your kids punched in the face by a cop on youtube for resisting arrest or interfering with a police officer?
If that were my kid,the best thing she could pray for would be for that cop to put her in jail,it would be a far better time for her there then at home.
But im guessing her parents hold the same attitude as you do,and their first reaction will be to call Al Sharpton or the ACLU.

Wow! I didn't know Clint Eastwood was a member of this board!?! That's SOOOO cool!

Seriously, cops have earned your respect by virtue of the badge they wear, period. Are there some corrupt cops out there? Sure there are...but they are in the extreme minority.

I've seen guy's (and gals) with your attitude in the past. They generally end up as the PUNCH-line in a story on page 9 of the local newspaper. "Local BOY arrested for resisting arrest AFTER being treated for injuries received for thinking he was man enough to lip off to an officer of the law."

I love the "Hey ya'll, watch this" charter members. Without you, we would not have the entertainment of the Darwin Awards. :biggrin_255:
