Two different ideas come to mind with me:
1) each of 13 episodes represent one style of trucking, i.e. flatbed, reefer, dry van, local dump, longhaul dump, log hauling, hot shot cargo, camper-boat hauling, courier-expediting, tank trailer, along with a couple of heavy, oversized ones like windmill blades, houses, etc. Point out the differences, likely expectations, pitfalls and benefits of each. Get Peterbilt or Freightliner to sponsor it and give the winner a new fuel efficient truck. Haven't figured out how to choose a winner yet.
OR
2)Since I haul the funnest freight ( campers, boats, cars) and generally don't have to deal with MOST OF the bull that most truckers have to, like long waiting times, freight bills, factoring, mega-money-maintenance, requires minimal training and the one or two customers per week are generally happy to see me. I can stop where I want, not real pressured with time constraints, and (generally) hauling something thats visually appealing. It would also boost the economy somewhat by showing off the recreational vehicle products, so sponsorship would be a cinche. The added benefit with me is I'll be spearheading the advantages of running on alternative fuels like Biodiesel, Waste Vegetable oil (WVO), LPG, CNG, and others.

A reality series based on a truck driving school. The audience would not only learn about what it takes to be a trucker but what a bunch of idiots they have been around trucks.

As a reminder to you, i must reiterate:
1) You stink as someone in the tv production field.
2) You have NO creativity whatsoever.
3) You think you're so cool and trendy, but YOU'RE NOT.
It's because of people like you is the reason why society is in the shape it is.
GO TAKE A LONG WALK, BABY.

I think they need to address the naked women that T/A hires to assist drivers in the showers. Or the topless girls working in the truck washes. All the Booze drivers consume in there endless hours spent everyday when the trucks get parked.
All the free meals offered by the countless brothel's spanning this great nation. -
do a Trucker Survivor. Get a bunch of them together and let the liars session begin.
