Yeah, disregard that earlier post, lol. My recruiter called me this morning and had no idea what I was talking about when I told her about it. They haven't tried setting anything up prior to this point. That place in Fort Atkinson must've called the wrong number, they haven't called again, so I'm not concerned, haha. She told me, however, that Roehl's health company will call me in the next day or two to get one set up in my area. Then I just gotta get my permit and I'm good to go whenever I'm ready.

Well I'm back online! There waqs some type of problem on with the wireless internet here at the hotel. So, I have not been online since Friday.

GOOD TO GO!!!!! I am a current holder of a hot off the presses Wisconsin CDL! Took the test and only got one point. It really was a minor issue too. Turned off my signal too early changing lanes. I would argue that I turned it off so an oncoming vehicle that was waiting in the upcoming intersection did not think I was turning left and would not pull in front of me, but I did not discuss the issue. Just accepted the fact and moved on... I will be on my way home tomorrow afternoon sometime! WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see my wife and little ones!
Met Wiseguy this morning had a short chat. Gonna try to BS a little this evening if I can. I am getting ready to eat at this moment and then it is the going to be time to pack the ranger up and be ready to depart directly from the yard!!!!!
The school is a good school! Quality instructors and meeting peoples needs when issues arise! If anyone is interested in Roehl hit me with a PM or email me at hinds570@yahoo.com. Hope it is ok to put my email in here. I'll gladly give you info and ideas of what is coming.
Well I will message more later.

Well been home for a day and went in to get my lisence transfered to PA. What an experience:biggrin_25513:!!!!!!
1st had to use my old address because I moved right when I left. I am currently living with in-laws and don't have any mail coming here. My lease was technically up in June on the 30th, but I still used it. Anyway, it cost me $73 to transfer the Wisconsin to the PA even though it was only 2 days old. So my little plastic thing cost almost $200! 36 for the PA permit before I left, 86 in WI, and finally 73 here in good ol' PA. Oh well easy come easy go I suppose... My SC friend got off with only paying 25 to his state... Northerners got to pay for heating their offices I guess... lol
Now Pa gives you a temp for 15 days. Meaning that by the time I go out my temp will be expired. Hope the regular lisence gets here soon. But then again it will get forwarded to the PO box I have set up.
If I were coming to RDTC I would check in with my local DMV and try to get info on them to see if they would accept the third party tester. I feel like I could have brought my results here to PA and not had to give WI a cent, but not sure about that. lol Oh well its done now and I have my CDL and will be soon following the majestyk one out on the road for Roehl. (though I will be rolling along with my skateboard.)
Now I am waiting to send in my paperwork to Roehl on Tuesday. My wife took Tues and Wed off. We are going to do some family fun. Camp, zoo, birthday party for friends and simply relax. Figure they will have a trainer ready for me come next weekend. Looking forward to getting the Evo's done so I can make my own way out there!

Don't know how much I'll be online. It's family time! Have a great 4th of July! Thank a soldier! We owe them for the freedom we celebrate!:wav:

Well the 4th is over now. I faxed over my paperwork with my temo lisence and now it is the waiting game. I'm off today and tomorrow and as of Thursday I am available to hit the road. Made the arrangements with the training staff today. My bud from the class with me is leaving in the AM on his first day of Evo 1. Says he is off to NYC! I said sit back and enjoy! NYC is a fun situation... I guess its all what you make it.
I don't see any major issues getting in with a trainer. My only concern is my temporary lisence from PA. It is only good till the 17th. I'm supposed to get the perminant in the mail sometime between now and then.
Glad to be sitting at home with the family through this heat wave we're having. Sat in the kiddy pool with my wife daughter and son last night... lol Would've made a great family portrait!

Hows the heat in Marshfield? Wise guy you enjoying your cruises all around?

The was horrible today, was drenched first thing this morning. 96% humidity with 76 degree temps this morning, afternoon the humidity dropped a little but the temp climbed. Was miserable.

Yes, I am enjoying driving all around. Got to experience McMillian today. Thats a fun turn. But literally, I'm having a blast with it.

When I bring cash for living expenses (food), should I assume that I need enough for three meals a day? Or does Roehl provide something for the trainees?
