That sounds more like a over the bridge length violation, they got me in Gilroy, had me get legal and gave me a free pass

Ok here we go I will probably add the pics one at a time a few minor errors with vBulletin but no biggie I'm smarter than the software.

The first link is the STAA truck routes in the city of Stockton

    http://www.stocktongov.com/publicworks/pages/documents/STAATruckRoutes2009.pdf

The second link is the City of Stockton truck routes

    http://www.stocktongov.com/publicworks/pages/documents/TruckRoutes2009.pdf

Check them out I hope this helps, it looks like the western half of Sperry is controlled by the City of Stockton and the eastern half of Sperry is controlled by STAA between McKinley and Airport Way if this is true then where exactly on Sperry were you? Take a look at both maps and you should see where the different jurisdictions are. I'll check back on this post tomorrow.

To be more specific between McKinley Ave and Performance Dr on Sperry Rd this section of Sperry Rd is 65'. Between Performance Dr and S Airport Way on Sperry Rd this section of Sperry Rd is 75'.
    See you tomorrow

This is bridge law, over wheel base not over length. This ticket was because his 5th wheel was stretched out it is his over all vehicle length. Still a simple correction just the other end of the trailer. I actually believe that bridge law is more than length.

Wanted to give everyone an update. After a closer look at the ticket I found a mistake. The VC dose not match the description of the violation. The VC should be 35401 when the officer wrote down 34501. Looks like the Office transposed the 4 and the 5. Simple mistake but maybe enough to get off the hook due to a technicality. Although the Officer got it right on the vehicle examination report. I'm waiting to hear back from a lawyer, figured I would get one to increase my chance of get out of this mess. Thanks again for all the input. I will keep you all updated on the final out come. Lets hope that it is dismissed..
