its not hard at all to show up for work on time, but when u get forced to work many days in a row without a off day while working 10-12 hour days and u have to call off to get a 1DAY off, those points add up...they have the worst point system ever. I got pointed for leaving work because i had got a hernia at work, i also even got pointed for being off work because i was sick with a virus and my doctor gave me a week off...their kinda dirty at pepsi...1time they give me a point for punching in 15min early...9POINTS is all u need to to get a write and u get a point and a half for calling off, and that point doesnt fall off until the next year on the same day...alot of guys have been fired because of that stupid system, the union trys to get them to change it but they wont

O OK..IF IM NOT MISTAKEN THATS A ROUTE TRUCK DRIVER, THE PEPSI TRUCKS U SEE WHERE THEY HAVE SLIDING BAY DOORS ON THE SIDE. THE JOB WILL BE A LIL HARD WHEN YOU 1ST START BUT U A GET USED TO IT. BUT ITS MONDAY-FRIDAY OFF WEEKENDS. AND EVERY HOLIDAY YOU ARE OFF. THE THING I LIKE ABOUT IS THE M-F WORK SCHEDULE, YOU A NEVER WORK WEEKENDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO MERCHANDISE FOR OVERTIME(THATS HOW IT IS AT THE PEPSI PLANT I WAS AT) WHICH PEPSI DID YOU APPLY FOR, CAUSE SOME ARE UNION AND SOME ARE NON UNION. BUT FROM WHERE I WAS AT THE LEAST YOU A MAKE IS $50k DOING THAT JOB. GOOD LUCK..

10dollars an hour??wow...they must have a ###### contract...the route drivers where i worker made a salary 0f $105 a day just for punching and like 20cent a case for commission. The merchandisers where making 15.85 an hour...which state n city did u apply for....unless they get more on the commission side to offset that 1obucks a hour

yea take it,good luck...i dont know anything about the arkansas pepsi, i worked out the 1 in munster,indiana...im in the process of gettin my driving record cleared by a lawyer, i got too many tickets and millis wouldnt accept me so they said i can re-apply 1nce my driving record gets cleared..in the meantime im doing over the road with a friend of mine..hes owns his truck-n-trailer and drives for himself..since i got my c.d.l. permit and already know how to drive he gets to deliver more loads and pays me on the side, so im jus waiting on my record to get cleared so i can apply for millis again, i hear they are the best plus i rather get my license thorugh them even though i already know how to drive i keep hearing to wait and get my license through them for if i ever apply for a diff company they a see i came outta school..

    Hey Baritone,

Great to see you in BR Falls !! Wondering what your thoughts are on Your trainer ? The office receptionist said he is a great guy..who is very patient. I was thinking of waiting until your "divorce" and maybe asking Greg if I could get hooked up w/ your trainer..any thoughts ? Im a non smoker and live in Nashville..I could use a patient trainer ..lol. hope all is well. Be safe.

It was great to finally meet you.

Wow - Dave is awesome. I would absolutely recommend him. You wont find a more patient man.

Just remember - it's his truck and respect it as such. I do smoke and he doesnt - he told me it was ok to smoke in the truck but out of respect I dont do it. So compromise is the key and learning to adjust to life on the road has been the biggest challange thus far.

Just check with Greg and I am sure he could set it up. I should (baring any issues) be released by the 15th. I got my CDL today so all is good there.
