Normally I do the midwest to the NE bit. This time I got to run to CA. Went out on I 40 and left on I 10. Ya know what really sux about being out here? 75 mph speed limit in a 62 mph trk!!!! Bet I was passed by 80 or more today and only 10 or so bothered to acknowledge when I flashed my lights to let them know it was safe to come back over.
When I grow up, I want an ungoverned trk!!!!![]()

You know better than to expect a little courtesy from other drivers! Especially in such a slow truck. This uncommon red prostar will do 62.5, so I show y'all slower drivers a little courtesy (except schneider and werner and prime and swift).
Delivering in Lower Alabame tommorow AM, then head over to GA to p/u for Fort Worth. Once again I have just enough time to barely make it. I'm beginning to think they're testing me for supertrucker status. -
you mean 7 gpm... Lol. The new FF is good. Seems long. I think I'm only 1/3 way through. It is it's own game. No online stuff with other people. I played up to about FF 9 or 10 anf started up again with 13.

oh the last load i had was from Breinigsville from Sam Adams.... that one was pretty heavy and had to wait for it.
I have had nothing but bad luck with this trl I have now.
First, reefer goes out while under a perishable load and had to rush to 99 to get them to unload quick.
Next, at sam adams had an appt 1000 which got changed by the shipper to 2100 and find out that i need to wait because they need to make the product at 2200. so i dont leave until 0245 the next am. I lost a driving day because the original appt was at 1000 the day before.
against my better judgement and against company policy... i stopped on US 191 N about 10 miles past pinedale WY to pull a girl out of a ditch with my transport chains because she hit a deer. Then she asked me to follow her to Jackson WY so someone else knows where she is. Which causes me to go into violation right as i enter my 99. She passed me up in pinedale so she knew I was coming...lol. US 191 N in WY after pinedale is no place to get stuck alone. its pitch black out there with some dangerous wildlife. not to mention the possible serial killer that may come along.
Now im stuck in Laramie with a flat trl tire waiting in line for service at the petro.
On the positive side ill be finishing the week up with about 3500 mi. (loaded and empty). -
swift will try to pass a 65 mph trk with their 62 mph trk going up hill.
their only chance is if im at gross and they are 30k or under.

Well I lost my load going to AL. Having air/brake problems with the trk so its the KW 1st thing in the morning. Problem is two fold. When you pull the parking brake, tlr brake is also suppose to pop. Then when doing the brake test, pumping brakes for low air warning and valve activation, buzzer comes on, valves never pop out.
On top of that, the dang APU went out again. Guess I'll get it looked at in Armidillo when I go pick up my paper load. Problem with the APU seems to be that the cooling fan never kicks on and this tripac does NOT like triple digit heat. -
did you have to talk about reefer problems now mine is faulting out bosselmans in grand island looking at it plugged filter i hate dealing with otrm gonna get rid of this dam beer load tomm at 0500 in loveland hopefully next load can actually put some fuel in be safe out there

I'm sitting at Americold (ameat) in Atlanta, GA. I guess wanting to go west really means I want to go east. Also, my engine is making a funny noise, sounds like a broken skateboard wheel bearing when pulling a hill. Just my luck if my turbo went out again. This truck is a POS.
I'll be in Conley tonight, I need an oil change and a few other simple problems to fix (taillight going out, air horn is weak) and OTRM wants them to look into the wierd sound coming from the engine, but they never find any problems when they look...no CEL's so there must be no problem. No CEL last two times at Cummins yet they replaced the turbo and injector seals. This truck will never be fixed.
