DOT releases funds to address parking shortages for truckers in five states

How about this? Ask a truck driver, we know where the lack of parking is!


And here's the hard to comprehend part of "my plan"!

BUILD MORE PARKING FOR US!!!!

 

A million dollars a state will buy one 50 truck parking lot each and alot of nice things for corrupt officials.

 

Yep Pa. needs this 2.8 mil. so they can put a DOT check in every rest area on I-81 instead of every other one. Plus Rendel is out of office after this term and he needs to fill his pockets more before he leaves his office

 

But why spend money FIXING THE PROBLEM? ??

First you have to spend a bunch of money to determine if there is a problem, then spend a bunch of money coming up with ways to fix it, then spend a bunch of money doing environmental, economic, social, political impact studies to make sure the solution wont offend anyone, after you have spent all that time and money, two things are easy to see.
1. There is no solution that will work as they all have something that will negatively impact somebody or something!
2. THERE NO MORE MONEY LEFT TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!! (Even if they did stumble across a solution that everyone agrees on.)

Some tree huggin hippee will save that 200 yr old Eucalypuptus tree and block the project.
