6 - routing loads on bad roads, roads that don't exsist...etc.
*i have access to several software programs and roads that don't exsist is an oxymoron. If there was never a road it would not be on the software.

Not all software is accurate. What's the ol' saying? "Garbage in, garbage out."

I once lived in a town where drivers were always stuck and had to back out. The map and software would show the road going through with four lanes when infact it was two lane and dead ended.

Why, you may ask. Because the city planned to change the road and showed it as such on their city map. They then canceled the project but didn't change the map. They just left the raod as it was and the locals all knew that it was a dead end.

There was no dead end sign as the road ended on the property of a business. The "thru raod" was actually their entrance.

And that leads to the other saying, "Never say never." :biggrin_25525:

4 - refusing to show what loads actually pay
*none of your business what a load pays, if it pays $1.50 per mile going one place it may only pay $1.00 a mile to get out of the area. You still get paid the same.

If the contract states mileage yes it is true the company is not required to show the amount they are paid, however if you are being paid percentage you may request a copy of the rate sheet prior to accepting or after accepting a load.Once you make that request the company is required to immediately provide you with said copy. This is a federal law.

Do you believe they will show you the true documentation? I don't believe they are that honest.

It's called fraud if they alter the paperwork trail in any way. See Arrow Trucking and Douglas Pielsticker - they'll be in federal court over this soon.
