Thank you so much for responding, I checked out the link and also read your post. It looks like that if a carrier is involved in a federal project or is hauling something for the federal government then the odds go up significantly for their involvement, but as you pointed out and also in the link, Two Former Dispatch Managers of Big Dig Concrete Supplier Sentenced,it appears that there has to be more involved than just breaking DOT motor carrier laws, more about fraud, etc., etc.. It makes me come to the conclusion that its all about the almighty buck, Dang no wind in my sails now. I will keep an eye out for Mike_MDs comments if any.
P.S. I thought thats where bears are supposed to be, in the woods. Lol
