If you start driving at 00:01 hrs and stop at 10:00 hrs, take a 10hr break. Can you start driving at 20:00 for another 11 hours?

Yep, I do it all the time. As long as you have a ten hour break, it does not matter that your next driving cycle goes across midnight. Nor does it matter that you've technically driven 14 hours in a 24 hour period.

In actuality though, It's gonna be somewhat less than that when you add in Pretrip and Postrip inspections, etc. I also split my break time into 8 and 2 hours with a PTI at the beginning and end of each 8 hour period, so sometimes I end up with 3 PTI in the same 24 hours.

ok you drove for 10 hours, when did your day start at 2345 when you did your pretrip? So if I were you I would also then show a vehicle inspection if your company requires one at 1000 to 1030 hrs. Now take your ten hour sleeper berth break, according to DOT rules you now have a fresh set of hour because you took a ten hour break, to be safe take a 10.5 or 11 hour break so that if anyone tries to say you exceeded the 11 hours driving in a 24 hour period you can tell that you took your DOT mandated ten hours in the bunk and you are legal.
I recently got into this argument with my dispatcher and forced her to look it up in the DOT regulations....I was right she only asked me to show more than 10 hours just in case, I said why I was just level oned two weeks ago and the log the Trooper looked at was the one you are questioning and he said my book looked good...get over it.

As said, you should be all good as long as you took your mandated 10hr break

You only took 8hrs in the sleeper birth, that will only allow you to drive what you have left of 11hrs, not start over.
You need to have a full consecutive 10hrs break to start over
You were only supposed to drive until 9pm
Someone correct me if i'm wrong?
