Dang, that stuff must be strong to have such a small recomended doseage.

Knowing about meds is sort of a hobby of mine, but I just assumed Zanax was just another run of the mill nerve pill. Boy was I wrong.

 

It's not tested for, but it is not legal to drive with. If the company found out what he was on, he would be out the door. That paticular drug is not mentioned by name, but it is mentioned by schedule in the regs.

 

Tree Like i said I agree with you and the sad fact is it will be some deadly or very bad accident that gets him off the road. If you need Xanax you need it-it is really a good medication for panic attacks and anxiety. But ANYTHING that can cause a driver of 80K going (sorry just gonna a bit of humor here....we need it!) 62mph governed to be distracted is scary!!
Makes me think each and everytime I get in my personal vehicle and drive and I am so much more considerate of trucks than I ever used to be and I was always considerate! you know the ol' saying, it only takes one bad apple......and it just gives drives more of a bad image. sad.....
