question on a CB

    Have a uniden and the problem is we can hear truckers on it most days,static at times,some days can reply to them but not most.When you key mic to talk light goes red and nothing comes out of it.CB is about 7 years old.any ideas or suggestions?

    What kind of antenna setup are you using? Perhaps I can offer some advice. I've owned/tried several types now, and can probably suggest something that will help.
