Con Way Truckload

I never had that access.CFI is the only orientation I ever went through and I have been through many were I was warned of the dime droppers.It is a good place to start but after a year I would be gone.I think most of the good buddies there have never worked anywhere but CFI so what are they comparing their praise too?
They used to have a good message board called CFIdrivers.com I think it dried up and died.They now call it Top Drivers.com I think. When it was going good if you didn't really like CFI no matter what they made it clear your opinion wasn't welcome.If you ever want to kill a forum such as this thats how you do it.

When I joined that forum, I had to be "approved" by admin. I never was, so I was never allowed to post within the forum.

The forum was used basically as a driver recruitment forum by the "admin"...Yes I know who the admin is/was. That fat ### recruitment check (during the big push/contest) he got was nice. I was there when he got it...along with several others.

Hence, the no negative post being allowed to stand for long. It cuts into the money.

 

Yes I was working there '06 and '07 Conway bought em in the summer of '07.I never seen a place that wanted to run off drivers as much as CFI.?They make it clear turnover is what keeps the office people employed.No turnover no need for week long big joke orientations every week.
You will recognise many of the CFIdrivers.com crowd in here because they killed their forum through censoring.
Free speech and exchange of ideas and opinions is what makes a good forum.

 

i worked there from march of 2009 till june of 2010 it was a great place to work but dont make them mad because i had an accident that wasnt my fault but because the witness were relatives of the other party conway fired me didnt even let me have a review board

 

Geez, I was hearing CWTL was a good place to work. I didn't know they had conspiracy theories and black ops squads. Glen Beck hasn't even reported on it yet. just kidding. I know of teams that went to work there, and they seem to be happy there. Said they were somewhat strict, but running them pretty good. I guess I should read more.

Always the nay-sayer...in every CFI/CWTL forum thread.

Accuse people of either not knowing what they're talking about, banning them from forums, or making them sound like "conspiracy nuts".

You can pour sugar on a turd all day...but it still taste like #### when you eat it.

I've always taken 2 approaches with this company. One negative, the other positive. Both explained in detail for those who care to read.

 

I am 5' 2" and have no problems pushing the seat as close as you need and putting the seat where you need it. Easier than a car.

 

It seems that I have no problems with Con-way TL.. an for the spies and other stuff haven't seen none of them. BUT I stay to myself I don't trust alot of the other drivers.. I get Question of how I like working for them since I came from another company. I think to myself if I didnt like them I would leave, so I answer their Stupid Question with a stupid answer they deserve. Con-way TL is good so far an yes I do get the miles I was told when I started I have no complaints with them.

 

LMAO...and we all know you're better than the above average law enforcement officer.

I summited an application with conway and got a call saying my app was approved, ive read some of the blogs about the company people was saying and there was alot of bad things said. now im wondering if going to conway a good thing or a bad thing? im a solo driver with 9 yrs over the rd experience
