Good to hear there gonna get a little of what they got coming to em...
-
ummmm well let me put it this way. If you have no balance, where do you get money to pay it?
-
yeh i agree but dont you think they should have pulled the plug before they hit rock bottom?
-
Pull the plug? ROFL!
Pielsticker, et al, were busy defrauding their creditors and sticking it to their employees. No plug to pull - they'd already flushed the works.
This is at best a nice moral victory. The employees are now allowed to stand in line with the rest of the creditors. IMO, they're looking at a penny on the dollar... assuming there are any pennies to go around. -
The way I look at it was the Pielstickers knew with certainty what the outcome was going to be prior to shutting down. They were obviously getting everything from everybody they could on the way out.....

Good luck collecting on that.
I have been through that with a large trucking company already.
