    Hubby gets .42 a mile and I get with 2 years experience .39 a mile.

    My wife and I are trying to find out how everything works..... we were thinking O.O team?? Any suggestions? I have some experience from my father, she has none.... any information will be greatly appreciated. Also, does Schneider allow pets???

    No, SNI doesn't allow pets. But if you're an O/O, it's your truck. You can have a pet if you wish.:biggrin_25525:

    So SNI is paying you guys $.81 a mile to team? I've never heard of a company paying close to that to team as company drivers.

    Schneider splits the miles between drivers. So when we ran 5000 miles hubby would get 2500 x .42 and I would get 2500 x .39.

    I don't know what the rate of pay is for O/O. We are very happy with how Schneider is running us as company drivers and are planning on going O/O in the future. We plan on doing it probably after the new year. We are getting finances in order and hubby is due for a settlement and we plan on buying our truck outright or at least put a good amount down on it.

    Good news! Our truck will be done later tonight so we put ourselves out until tomorrow morning to make sure the truck will be done. So we will be back on the road soon.
