Hi, I live in western NY and i have a FAST pass. A couple months ago i had a bad week and got a logbook not current ticket and a speeding ticket(both with no points on my mvr).
Another driver i know said he heard that logbook violations are treated different in canada, and that with that on my record, they would refuse me entry, because supposedly logbook violations are felonies in canada. is this true, or more cb bull?
US log violations=entry refusal?

IMHO, if it is NOT on your MVR then they would not be aware of the violation. However; if it was a violation, then it would reflect on you MVR...Have a new MVR pulled from the DMV to see for yourself what is on it.
Best of Luck!!!!!!!! -
Ah ... no, logbook violations are not the equivalent of a felony in Canada and would not be grounds for refusal of entry.
