http://www.csa2010.com/articles/CSA_2010_Violation_Severity_by_Numeric_Weight_Charts_Information.htm I maybe reading this wrong but, in #3 it talks about "individual crash and inspection reports from all states" I think that means crash reports from states will count?

also # 4 talks about fmscr violations and HMR violations, whatever that means. I couldn't find a definition of HMR I'm beginning to think they do this on purpose so that later they can do what ever they want to

I am living proof what ever you do out here on the road goes into your CSA score.
They are trigger happy out here and they peck you to death with little infractions.

I read on a blog cant remember the site . that this CSA2010 leaves this wide open for false infomation. I actually thought that was crazy at the moment. I am now finding out what that person meant by what they said. I had several inspections 3 in one week. each one wrote up something different and each time I go to certified machanic with inspection report . and each time they could not find anything wrong with the items listed. I called FMCSA on these matters and what i heard was" these are highly trained professional DOT officers. "

A friend of mine got a violation for missing a clip on his air lines under trlr.... among other "violations" for miscellaneous things.... Later on he found out the clip wasn't missing, it was just hanging.... Unfortunately he only noticed that after he left weigh station.... but he wonders what happened during inspection since DOT officer didn't "allow" him to watch inspection... :biggrin_25511:
