CR England Newbie-Starts $80,000 per Year

My husband got kicked off the truck in Troy, Illinois. He was still in faze 2 training and the guy, his name is Miguel, said that Joe (my husband) broke his radio. He send a picture to CR England and without prove they fired him. He didn't brake the radio! Is there a possibility to sue the owner-operator or CR England?
We don't even have the money to get him home - he hardly earned any money but we just said we had to hang in there, after his training things would get better. We knew that CR England isn't a good company, but are there any companies out there that train or take newbies? We couldn't find any. We live near Portland, OR.
Any help would be appreciated.

CRENGLAND is definitely a ripoff. I signed with them in March of 2008 on the premise that if my wife went to school with them, by me leasing a truck I would be her trainer on the road, and her tuition for school would be free. Well what da hell you think happened? They did everything in their power to renege on those promises. They did what they could to keep my wife from passing so that we could pay them the $3,000 that the government already pays them to train students. Then I would gross between $5,000 to $7,000 a week and end up owing them $500-$600. I saw where a misguided person spoke of advances, well CRENGLAND only allows you $100-$200 a week advance. Explain how the hell that is going to break anyone. To make long story short my wife left first, I left a month later. Dropped their truck in a drop yrd they have in South Carolina. They lied on my DAC that I quit under a load. I come to find out that is the lie they tell on most who quit. I abandoned my truck. My Pay that week was over $4000 dollars they kept the whole thing and send me a bill for $165.00. What a joke. The trucking industry knows how CRENGLAND operates yet they still respect the lies on the DAC Reports. These companies should have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt what they put on those reports because they affect our lively hoods.

Well if you wont R E A D all the post here about how bad CRE is then you go right ahead and see for yourself but a word to the wise is RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! READ all my post here about my time with them just in the past MONTH !!! Good luck and keep us updated as to good or mostly Bad your time there is !!

 

Hearing another CR England screw job story makes me sick. I'm originally from Seattle and I know that South Seattle CC was offering a CDL program covered under the ARRA grant, Portland should have the same thing, so tell your hubby to maybe try that. Personally, I have to do this because I like trucks, need money and hate pawn shops that know me by my first name.

Being accepted by C.R. England is no honor, and many folks wouldn't even admit that they received a CRE acceptance letter and an invitation to be royally reamed by CRE's reciprocating ram-rod of remorse, but you consider that an honor, ....... right?

When the "best" you can get is also the worst there is, how does that make you feel? Confident? So confident of yourself that you set your sights as low as they'll go?

It's abundantly clear now that you don't read much here. You've been a member of this forum for what,.............. almost two years now? And during that two years, you haven't figured out, or realized, the deceptive practices and rip-off tactics C.R. England is famous for? You aren't aware that CRE has a history of trainers who have kicked trainees to the curb and left them stranded in the middle of nowhere, with no way to get home except to walk or hitch-hike? You haven't read any of the hundreds of posts from folks who went broke as a result of CRE's lease program that preys on newBee's ignorance and shows those newBees how they can become their own boss, makin' the Big Bucks drivin' their very own leased Big truck?

You don't recall how many posters have related their CRE horror stories, the lies and deceit from CRE's top guns all the way down to dispatchers and recruiters. You aren't aware that CRE dispatchers find it necessary to hide behind metal detectors and bullet proof glass with armed guards on duty for protection from all of the drivers CRE has bent over a stump, and continues to do?

Yet you question my integrity and wonder if what I'm tellin' you is true? All you had to do is simply read the posts. It's a learning thang. Some day you might understand.

If you can't succeed at CRE, and you won't it's a hopeless cause. So go to Salt Lick City and get a training you won't soon forget. Then, spend a year, or more if you can, with the sons of Chester. If you're feelin pretty chipper at that time, and your thinkin' is normal, all foggy and confused without a clue, consider becoming your own boss. My guess is you've despised the bosses you've worked for. A-holes, one and all. Well, ......... here's your chance to be one. And the best part is, nobody will have to change their opinion of you. How do you find a a member on TTR? I'm looking for that oh so knows everything rookie CRE Cheerleader! Cornelius or however it is/was spelled? Haven't seen any of his "updates" or cheerleading in a while. Did he drop out of TTR or CRE?
