I am betting that in IL they can find some honest lawyer to fill the position. It is not like someone in that position would launder funds to their own account while pointing the finger another direction.

A five year appointment where the people have to pay the bill nor have a say in who has the position? Really, is this the best solution they could come up with? -
They should have contacted me. I would gladly have done is for a contract less than 5 years.
