i left jct because for a team there are not enough miles, plus watch your pay check we have had problems with not being paid completely, $500 is alot to lose but afther we brought it to their attention it was fixed, but if we hadnt caught it, it would have been gone, also watch your trailor work we were charged for that to and luckily caught it, but u really must watch your settlements, also u are expected to run over weight runs, if you dont do it they will find someone else to especially outta florida and arizona, dispatch there is a joke especially charlie she says she will check into things for you that u really need done , but never does ur best bet is go to the load planners yourself, as for john christner i dont believe he really has anything to do with the drivers, my husband is a solo driver there now and yes he runs but the loads he gets have to be ran illegal because its already late being picked up before they give it to you, and if ur a team u may get a good run but ur also sitting, i believe the ppl who give jct nothing but good words for jct must work in the office and are just trying to protect their company,i mean really think about it! there are ppl quitting there every day plus 3 more teams that i know of quit last week, and if your wondering why i quit and my husband is still there its not by my choice, i dont want him there and he says he is leaving as soon as we get enough money to buy our own truck from a finance company, to me jct is a joke, $2800 a month in a truck payment! plus fuel really how much do you think your gonna make without the miles behind you,

 

Hey now Prime is not that bad its CRE I have heard the horror stories from. But I dont see whats wrong with JCT??? They seem to be pretty stand up and you guys dont complain about it. I see it as if you want to run then JCT is a great place for you.

 

they only have one dispatcher for teams, her name is charlie brown, but if it dont work out with her you get kieth and he has been known to fire drivers , with charlie if u want some thing done alot of times you will be better off going straight to the source, dont rely on her, you will be waiting on her all day!

 

jct only has 1 dispatcher for teams! her name is charlie brown, and if you need something done your best bet is to go straight to the source, other wise you will probly be waiting all day, and if you cant work things out with her then u get kieth sally, thats all u get, and if you want to talk abouy rudr ppl wait a month and watch how ur treated then, im sorry but jct is a joke to me, once you ralize all the lies you have been fed and all the other b.s , then u see reality, they dont care about their drivers, as for orientation its a joke there is nothing professional about it, i mean actually it comes real close to sexual harrasment! along with alot of charli's friday funnys, they are not so funny!

U must work in the office pretending to be a driver, we begged for miles they didnt have them, they can not run a team thats why im no longer there and my husband is solo, till i can get him away from there by buying our own truck! You have a great day, and realize not everyone that works for jct is getting miles or being treated fairly, we never sat because we wanted to

 

First thing you should do before worrying about buying a USED truck from a finance company is take an English course.

Before you write up any sort of business plan for your bank.

All I,can think of is what have you both done wrong??? If you turn In your paperwork correctly and ontime they will pay you correctly. I've been here 5 years and no I'm not in the office and neither is lmb. Stop your accusations without researching. The reason your not successful is one yall have NO EXPERIENCE whatsoever running a business. Or yall just dont know how to communicate with your dm. I'm a solo and bring home 1300 avg a week. Last week and the week b4 I turned in 4000 miles and brought home 1900 and 1700. Sorry that it doesn't work out for you. Go back working with a company if you don't want to run or turn down loads.
