230f degrees isn't overheating in late model trucks. They are running coolant temps. higher to meet emission requirements, so no worries at 230f.

Being a company driver changing out coolant is not up to me. But regular flushing is a good routine to adopt. There are still some truck stops out there that you can find a rubber hose with water at the pump. And flushing to the inside with the fan on will do the job too.

The engine runs normal 180-200 gr,only when is a strong hill go s to 230 gr and I have to look to not overheated the engine this is only my problem

The engine fan on your truck should engage at 215f. Have you noticed the temp. as it engages?
