Well thanks... but the only way I am able to get another truck job after dealing with CRST is to lie about my work history with whatever new company I go too... See, I can do that and not get caught because CRST does not Report on your DAC Report if you broke a contract. So when another company runs my DAC they do not see anything. When asked how did I get my CDL I say a uncle that drives helped me get it. There are no laws saying you have to do truck school. Just take test and pass them. I do not like to lie about my work history. that is something that goes against my morals a little. But I also do think It is extremely wrong of a company such as CRST to "Blackball" a driver completely from the trucking industry over a contract. I think somehow that may violate a constitutional right. I understand owing the money and them holding the school certificate. But I first went a whole year applying like crazy for any... I mean ANY trucking job. Whenever I would CRST as a referance they would actually threaten my potential new employer with legal action if they hired me. CRST is not a good company at all. Yes, they offered me to come back and finish the 5 months left on my contract but I doubt I will. The pay is the worst in the industry and the drivers they hire look like homeless men with signs asking for "spare change". seriously.... Some parts are good about the company. but the bad "out-weighs" it. One good thing I can say is they are respectful with safety. I had a co-driver one time that would never sleep, could not see at night either. Would insist he drove nights!. After about the 5th time him driving off the road... and hitting stuff backing up. I called dispatch and said get me off this truck and get me a ticket back to fontana. They did... Greyhound from West Virgina to Fontana, Ca. so like i said they are good in some ways but really are more than horrible in everything else.

i was a o/o with them and when i got fed up with them not haveing loads in areas or finding a load in the area to find out that they wouldnt exsecpt some brokers contracts, so the week i decided to call it quits, i deliberatly found loads that got me close to birmingham, i called dispatch, told them i was broke down and limping my truck to the mech (not at all broke down) waited for my settlement to hit the comdata card pulled all my moneys ,deadhead for birmingham, (i was only 128 miles away at a truck stop), and when i pulled in the yard not only were there 7 of their flease trucks their being returned but 5 o/os, hell i droped my trailer, and didnt even say good by, i returned home and called on monday and said,,,you craps in the mail!!! (plate,premits,ifta sticker) and lol they still have the nerve to send me mail saying FRIEGHTS UP,COME MAKE MONEY!!!!! what they dont tell you is even tho the rates up by the time they get their 25 % per load ,your running for 98 cents a mile,,,,,,,they can kiss my youknow what!!!!

i wish you would have gone into detail a bit an posted this awhile back.I leased my truck on with them,this company is a bad joke.If any o/o,s want to think about coming over here;1st i hope your truck is paied for, or you have low payments under $1000 a month.2nd make sure all your other property is paid for,or someone else can pay other bills not pertaining to your truck.Ive talked with people that are doing the lease purchase deal. Theyve lost there home,cars other property.Why? because CRST has the drivers do alot of sitting,for me the longest has been 3 days,several times ive had to find a load myself( its in the contract) this is a 3rd party broker outfit,and when they do get you a ld the rate is cut,and its leftover freight. For the lease purchase drivers. this company boast $200. a week truck payment. ok now add $300.00 more thats there other charges,truck insurance/qualcome/occupational accident/trippak/permits/plate. they dont reimburse for tolls,scales,anything for o/o,s.This company makes $ off of people.

I LAUGHED ALSO. NEVER BEEN TO JAIL CLEAN DRIVING RECORD BUT WAS FIRED FROM MY LAST JOB. I SAID BUT YALL HIRE FELONS AS LONG AS IT WAS 5 OR 10 YEARS AGO. THAT MAKES ALOT OF SENSE
