Going to Atlanta

Hotel is ok, beware of the death trap gym in the basement. Ed is pretty cool he gives the class. Be prepared for a early AM physical Ed will seem like a tough guy but he loosens up, the food is good Anderson's restaurant caters in. oh and one more thing DO NOT LEASE

I am a driving school grad, looking for a good company to get experience. Have my mind set on KLLM. So far set up an orientation date on Sept. 8 in Atlanta. They have one earlier, but then I have to go with instructor right of way and will miss my husbands home time (he is an O/O). Are they have good regional work?

 

So hows orientation going?

 

Just spoke with recruiter. Starting the orientation on 8th. He said that training time is now 4 weeks, and usually done as team driving (I am OK with that as long as the trainer will teach me backing and shifting correctly). After training there be a road test.
I want to go regional, and KLLM pays 23%. Is it good or bad? Anybody that works Southeast regional here? I will appreciate any info!

 

Could learn a lot from this guy/gals attitude, goin in blind and willing to take it head on and listen and learn. WOW what a novel concept... jus' sayin'

Well, bugs are packed and I am ready. My husband will drive me to Atlanta today for orientation.

Just checked in Ramada Limited. Hotel is nice and clean. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. Tomorrow at 6:30 AM we go for Drug test and Physical
