Oh if only that were true! Our gene pool would be going up hill, instead of down hill. But since our government decided decades ago that we all needed to be "protected" from our own and other folks' stupidity, the gene pool has been going down hill.

 

The permanent brain damage claim wont stick. This was obviously a preexisting condition.
