First trip.... SFS to Helena with Lay-Z-boy load. 1699 doesn't like to run up hill very well and it barks during acceleration. It got me here though. I hope I get a new truck soon. Looks like I'll be setting here until Monday.

You'll probably get to go to Great Falls for a load of flour..I guess I missed you while you were in SFS... Glad to know you made it there...I hear they have a pretty good shop there in Helena, so you might ask them to look at the truck for ya.

All I've been hauling for 2 weeks is La Z Boy. Good loads, light.

La Z Boy are great load my fuel economy is about 7.8 - 8.2. Pretty nice, it will be cool to get the fuel bonus.

Royger, that was you in 1699, funny Ray just got out of the truck, we made him give it up because we were running the grape vine daily and it just wouldn't run up hill. That truck will defiantly get ya where you want to go though, its just slow to climb.

I'm in SFS daily, and on a Friday afternoon, the lot is chock full of the "bay runners", not leaving us regular type drivers any room to park....well next time, I'll just hook a chain to 1940 and drag it out of my way...LOL.

Glad to know everyone is doing good on the BR. I'm doing the SFS-PHX meet and greet with CAGE, so I'm home every day. I like the fact we have so much freight running in CA that we can have dedicated type runs in state for us. I'm in 1781 if anyone wants to say hi...

9/12/10 -- Tonopah, AZ delivering a La-Z-Boy load tomorrow to Phoenix. This should have been a shuttle run with CAGE, but something happened with loads to SFS, so on Friday I was told to run it all the way to Phx....this will mess up our schedule for a couple of days until I can get back on track. Ah, well, such is trucking!
