dissapointed

so why are u dissapointed? that would be awsome if there were actually descent paying loads out there

 

The percentage they take is too high, but their load system is the way I like to truck. The worst thing is the agents giving the best freight to those they like or to their own trucks, but I can understand that to a point.

If I had enough recent driving time to suit them, I would buy a truck and sign up tomorrow, if they paid 85% with my trailer.

 

exatcly, why work for 35% when there is places that charge 10% for the same job.

 

The words of the unknowing never cease to amaze me! Do you want 90% of what some company/broker offers? Or do you want 65% of the best paying freight in the USA?

 

6 months and you quit? To learn the system and the agents will take longer than that. The high paying loads are there, knowing who to call takes time.

How long have you been there and how are you doing?
I have been investigating them and other O/O L/O opportunities.

 

I have only been here 3 years. I still don't know all the agents that have the big $$$ freight. It takes time to learn who to call and many who quit won't/don't understand. The freight that "pays" very seldom is posted. Example: 2 loads, 14,000 lbs,1599 miles,$ 21,690 these loads were never posted. The Agent called a BCO who called a BCO who knew a BCO...... and the loads were covered.
