help with identifying this logo

Okay, my first inkling is to think the person asking all these questions has posted a picture of herself and is doing this to get attention. Based on what I'm reading, we have a person who is obsessed with drivers for whatever reason and will do whatever it takes to communicate with said drivers.

My second is to wonder: why does it matter anyway? Who cares what another person is lying about and how does it affect your life? It seems to me we have one nut job obsessed with another nut job who is obsessed with the first nut job. Get rings, go to Massachusetts and get it over with already.
