I tried calling every company I can think of and they eather wont hire me because of where I live or because of my record. Im hurting here, I miss working for US EXPRESS I had no problem with them till now. So any advice and leads will be greatful!!!

    You're kidding right ?? :biggrin_2556:

While I'm not a "religious" person per se.

Have you considered that God is trying to tell you something?

That's alot of accidents in a short time. Either you had bad training or ain't cut out for it. It takes alot to strip a bad driver from bad habits before trucking and make them a safe driver. It doesn't mean you can't get better. You have to evaluate your own mistakes.

Your chances are better for driving local for like someone that has a couple dump trucks and won't check your background.

Listen all, the 5 accidents are as follows..
    1. at a CSX rail yard a over lenth csx trailor was in the wrong row, as I was backing into a spot, the tractor grazed the trailor and put a small gash in the passanger side door.

2.trailor struck a gaurd rail as making a right hand turn, the tandums became unlocked and slid to the rear and hence the turning radious dropped causing me to strike the gaurd rail and be cut free. tried to fight the preventable accident by faulty equipment did not win, did pretrip before I left and they WERE locked.

    3. got stuck in the mud...

    4. made uturn and trailor struck another vehicle "pending in court"

    5. bent a mud flap while hooking a trailor in loose gravel lot. trailor sank in gravel causing it to be at an angle also causing me to overhook, causing the mudflap to bend, did not report this one a whitness did "yard dog"

now numbers 2 and 4 will be on my mvr, all others including 2 and 4 will be on dac.
