What I meant is they are front springs but I broke the back side of springs close to the cab. No reason to lie just couldnt figure out how to explain. I broke the end of front springs but on the back side under the cab. Ill post a picture latter.

I-70 is horrible in IN! Along with most of the other roads in the state as well. Most roads in most states are horrible these days if you haven't noticed. Maybe it's because they are all broke? :biggrin_25511:

:biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559::biggrin_25514::biggrin_25514::biggrin_25514: Now that's funny right there, i don't care who ya are!

My Pete has rear low air leafs. But you'll bust a shock before you bust a spring.

    Nice attempted save...BUT!

I still don't buy it...I have run on some really rough roads and in some pretty horrible conditions off road for a lot of years and have seen a spring or two crack or break from the long term abuse.

I've been on most of the roads in the area that you claim that you broke both front/rear/rear of the front/front of the rear or whatever springs on and the roads are just not that bad there...

Nice story though...Tell it to the rest of the gang at the truck driving school, Maybe they'll believe it.:biggrin_25513:

I guess you haven't been to NJ lately. I think they screw up the roads just to hear people complain.:biggrin_25513:

Did you ever think your springs could have had a crack in them before you started your drive and they just gave way to added stress.

Nope didn't think of that! I do my pretrip inspection every day before I start driving. Quit yer #####in, cause everyone that drives a truck has to deal with the same bs day in and day out.

oh! and by the way if you want to ##### about a road try I65 around Louisville, Ky.
