Much as I dislike scum sucking, bottom feeding, low life attorneys...anytime you're talking big amounts of money it pays to have one check over all the paperwork so you're not suckered. I'm just sayin'...... Glad it worked out in the end for you!

No offense, but you picked out the truck. You excepted the price tag on the truck. You signed on the dotted line. Not to be rude but why is it their fault?

Sorry but being an O/O isn't for everyone!

I agree. I am not one. But I can't imagine that abandoning a truck was much good for your credit score. If you don't mind me asking nlb75, what is your monthly interest rate?

Read the paperwork on anything you sign. Mortgage, vehicle lease, rental agreement, everything. If you sign it, you are CERTIFYING that you understand it, and are agreeing with the terms.

    You agreed to the $75,000.
You agreed to the $1900 per month.
Did you have an independnet shop/mechanic check the truck out before buying?
Did you have anyone else give you a 2nd or 3rd opinion on the trucks condition?
Did you get a warranty included?
If you buy my old boots for $2000 just because that's what I ask you to do is that MY fault?
Learn your lesson and move on but be careful where you lay blame for your mistakes. Good luck.

How can you spend 75k on a piece of equipment and not spend a couple of hundreds to have it checked out. I think you just have buyers remorse. I bet someone told you , you was paying to much for the truck . So, you decided to turn it back in and get something cheaper on payments.
