    My cousin has been driving with Maverick for almost 2yrs, would it be unheard of for him to request to be my trainor?...For one he knows me and won't cut me any slack and two, he lives very close to me...Is this something he can request to do?

    I believe that you have to be with Maverick two years before you can become a trainer. It would not hurt to ask....if you don't the answer is always no!:biggrin_2558:

    They are very professional about everything. If they do not think that it would be a good idea in their opinion, they will tell you very respectfully.

    no, you can't go out w/ a relative, referral, etc....and not everyone is a trainer. all but 48 trucks are single bunk ones - non trainer trucks.
