Hey everybody..as you may or not know I am running team here at SNI and was sitting here playing on the website and found out they are giving 10k sign on bonus for new teams. So if you know anyone thinking about making the jump they better hurry it ends the end of this month. Was just teasing my co driver..I asked if she wanted to quit and get rehired so we could get bonus she said er..no..lol.

I just read it also. Says Experienced teams.

How is the team thing working for you? My wife is in driving school now and we are looking at a few companies. Does Schneider have a train your partner program? How are your miles? Truck? Hometime??

I love teaming.Been doing it for a long time now...lol. And no sni does not have a train your partner program. Miles are pretty good..avg is about 5500. We just got a 2010 KW T2000 was in a 2010 Volvo. Hometime is good we have a pretty good repore with our DBL. I have drove for a few other companies and SNI is alot better than most.

We love teaming for Schneider as well. We teamed with another company but Schneider beats them hands down. How do you like the KW? Have you been teaming with Schneider for long? We are in the process of becoming IC in the near future. If you see a Gray Volvo 56879 that will be us. Right now we are in a loaner Cascadia. It's ok but I like the Volvo better.

    Hey Les,

Are you in a husband/wife team? I would like to team but don't have a team mate lined up, and not sure about teaming with a stranger. What is good hometime for a team?

For teams if you are out 2 weeks you get 3 days home, 3 weeks 4 days home and 4 weeks and higher you get 5 days off.

    banjer picker Thanks this.

I talked to a recruiter and they told me that, said they will take into account preferences and such. Trustin' a total stranger and being tied to a stranger like that makes me nervous

Thanks for the input. When I'm able to get out there I may just do that. Gonna see if there is a ripcord in case the stranger ends up being sorry or a sociopath I could stay with the company in another job. I don't like the idea of job hoppin.
