total hypocrisy on the part of the guy taking the videos. i really like the way that in all 4 of the videos i watched, the right and middle lanes were all packed with cars, while the left lane that he was driving in was clear in front of him, thus making any aggressive 4 wheelers pass him on the right and putting them closer to his target truck.

gee, i wonder why he disabled comments? couldn't take getting called out for it?

I watched a few of the vid's and was not impressed by the person doing the recording. As stated in a earlier post it seems he has some beef with truck drivers. Also a posted earlier I agree that he was the one that was the most careless of the drivers on the road. He states on the page that the camera is remote controlled... by whom? the driver? I was not in the least impressed by the videos, nor there content.

Heard about this on another board..If that's not distracted driving..Then i don't know what is! Isn't it illegal to film gasoline tankers? Wonder what Homeland Security will have to say about that..

Actually the first ammendment covers that, you can do it all day long.

I think Phantom 69 is referring to the fact that it is now illegal to take pictures of certain things like bridges. Makes it more difficult for the bad guys to document potential targets...

It is not illegal to photograph a bridge, it is illegal to plot a terrorist attack. I can go take pictures of bridges all day long if I want to, the 1st ammendment says so. There are people who make a living taking pictures of bridges, they are called architectual photographers.

And they need no permit or permission to do so.
