Ya US Express is pretty deep into them. They will just be sucked up and turned into US Express eventually. They said they were going to leave all the companies they bought up alone but look a Arnold transportation. All the trucks are red US Express tractors and now I see Arnold tractors pulling US Express trailers and vice versa. Dont be suprised to see a red Smith truck soon.:biggrin_25513:

It's amazing to see all this mis-information. "I heard from another driver..." makes me stop reading. LOL

They do pay for Long Island.

In fact, it is not required to even go to the 5 burroughs. Long Island is required but Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island are not ever required.

This is just my 2 cents but the other day on the PA Pike I saw an Arnold truck pulling a Smith trailer. That might explain what is going on.

Arnold is also under the USX umbrella. It is not too common for Arnold & Smith to swap trailers but it does happen. Arnold also pulls many loads to FL out of Smith's warehouses.
