    ALL CAR HAULERS BEWARE OF CTC[COLVILLE TRUCKING] AUTO TRANSPORT OUT OF RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA. I HIRED ON IN MARCH, WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR A PAY CHECK AND THEY ARE NOW 3 WEEKS BEHIND[5 LOADS].THE TRUCK I WAS IN WAS RUNNING WITH EXPIRED TAGS AND REGISTRATION, AND AFTER 3 WEEKS ON THE ROAD, WHEN I TOOK 3 DAYS OFF, AND REQUESTED LEGAL PAPERWORK ON THE TRUCK, THEY SENT SOMEONE AFTER THE TRUCK, AND DID NOT PAY THE BACK PAY.YOU REICEVE NO PAY STUB NOR TRIP BREAKDOWN FROM THEM, AS THEY DIRECT DEPOSIT AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE BEING PAID FOR. ONLY A SCAM COMPANY DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS. BEWARE*** DON'T DRIVE FOR THEM IF YOU NEED PAID FOR THE BACK-BREAKING WORK YOU DO .:biggrin_25516:

    I worked for CTC ( Colville Trucking ) about six weeks in 2008, And I got tired of all the rush,rush overnite loads, I told him that I was going to quit and took his truck were he told me to take it.( Statesville Auto Auction ) He owed me two weeks pay which I never got, he would'nt answer his phone,or if you called the office no one would answer your call. So I took him to Small Claims Court in Smithfield, NC and won a judgement again him, but as of yet he still has not paid it, I'm going to start some more action against him soon. Point is fight for your money don't just let him or anyone take your hard earned money. File against is bond,and a complaint against his MC number,Take him to court. I heard there is a website full of complaints against CTC, I would like to see everyone get together and file a class action law suit against him. Please let me know if you find anyone who wants to fight Rick Colville dba Colville Trucking, I can contact 2 or 3 former employee who got screwed like the rest of us.
