To those that know southern pride

Dino, thanks for the updates. I wish southernpride the best. It's a long road and you gotta be patient. Had a heart attack myself and know full well how long it can take to get back to "normal". Our prayers are with him and my family and I wish him the best and a full recovery. Tell him Maple and Brown Sugar flavored oatmeal will have to replace the cheeseburgers and there's only so many ways to eat grilled chicken!!!! My best to you. Thanks again for the info and updates.

Hey man, thanks for going above the call of duty to help out a fellow trucker! I think he is a pretty tough soldier and with some good care and prayers he should be able to pull through this. Thanks again dino.

I liked cheeseburgers with mayo and lettuce, a big juicy steak with all the trimmings, hot dogs with mayo, etc. Take it from somebody that knows you may laugh at those little heart signs beside food choices on a menu but you better take'em seriously. If not you CAN have a heart attack or a stroke. I had my cholestrol checked, had my blood pressure checked, but my lifestyle and diet caught up with me. I never dreamed about a heart attack or stroke. IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!! I know people don't like capitols but it needs saying. This lifestyle and diet can and will hurt you. Be Aware!!

 

SP is trucker tough. He'll be just fine!
