    I can relate to Southernpride and the problems. I to like cheeseburgers and fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, steak, etc. I also had a heart attack about 18 months ago. My blood pressure was ok I thought and felt pretty good. Then I had the heart attack. Two arteries clogged,1 artery 95% the other 65% it's a wonder I could walk around. Anyway I talked with a nutritionist and learned the following. Bake it, Broil it or Grill it. Try to use Salt sparingly and take it easy on salad dressings. My cholesterol has dropped significantly and I must admit I feel better. Still having stamina problems but it's about 100% better than it was 12 months ago. It's tough out there on the road to eat, but look for the little heart next to menu items. Believe me, you don't want to have a Heart Attack. I am one lucky guy to even have survived mine and I know it. Nobody liked the fried foods, hot dogs etc better than me. I've made some changes and if I can do it anybody can!!! Take care of yourself out there on the road. Dino- keep the posts coming and tell Southernpride Stepnfetchit said get better. We need him around.

    yah know i would like to say to you all, i'v never ben a big church going man... and i beleive we all have our own ways of saying a prayer to the big man upstairs.......i dont sleep much right now due to some of my own personal issuses...but what i have found myself doing...is i sit out on my back patio late at night looking at the stars.....and during this time..i think of all thats gone wrong and who i can help that is close to me....and in this same time i have a little chitter chat with the boss man upstairs..looking for a sign or some hope.........and sometimes he lets me know things are gona be alright......mabey not the way i want it ,but it will be ok:biggrin_25525:

    I saw this thread night before last and as I clicked on it the stupid router gave up! I'm just now getting to see what the problem was!
