    Maybe.

When I worked for the last trucking company, they dictated what and where to fuel.

    They were all pilots.

We had no choice, so it would not be a possible thought to change.

(ambivalence) why people like you always gotta turn something into a race thing maybe its because they are worthless trash black or white and found a spot easy for the picking. Its sad this world will never change because some folks out there just cant imagine looking at others as human beings without seeing color first. Stop the ignorance and learn to see people for who and what they are not what color they are, because criminals come in all shapes, sizes, and colors but they still criminals.

From what I have observed in the past week (today is September 28, 2010), the Travel Centers of America T/S in Jessup, Maryland (Interstate 95, Exit 41 A) about three miles east of the interstate has worked on redecorating their restuarant and the drivers' areas of the facility.

The laundry room has improved but they need to put back the second folding table (which has dissapeared) and a few more chairs (which have "walked off").

I saw two Howard County police cars lying in wait in differnt sections of the parking lot.

For those of you who have not been in this facility, here's a video that was NOT shot by me but gives you a feeling for this place. The camera work is a bit shaky, though but it gets its point across ...

I was at the Petro in N. Little Rock last night and saw three lot lizards at one time going truck to truck. The woman working at the repair desk said the truckers were complaining they couldn't get to sleep with all the knocking lol.

That Petro is the exception for that chain IMO, most of them keep the hookers and drug pushers out.

That crap hole in South Orlando/ I drove thru there looked back n the dust I kicked up in my Car Hauler bottom mounted exhaust , was so bad I couldn't see another truck for a good three to four minutes.... 100% humidity, bottoming out on the pot holes,

Geeze..Two guys were workin on their truck n they droped everything when they seen me comming, I could se the look of terror on their faces as they dove for the cab, THEY KNEW .

Oh yes its a dive, complete with Six four Transvestite Black Hookers..
yeah yeah I know they work cheap but? dam... things could end so badly! Its like dealing with a pit bull, sure they are friendly, but the potential for serious injury is enormous.

    Stay away ,,don't do it..

What does the ethnicity of people working anywhere have to do with the behavior of people in the parking lot? Race does not, can not, will never dictate what is inside a person. Personal choices, life experiences, that is what makes a person. A jerk is a jerk, doesn't matter how they look, how they pray, where they live, or where they work. Racism, no matter its form, diminishes ALL!:biggrin_25516:

Obviously your a good guy who is disgusted by the situation as am I. I applaud your intentions but I have come to disagree with your statment.

In reality Race/ethnicity and religion are both good initial indicators of ones Culture.. N while all races were created equal clearly ALL CULTURES ARE NOT.
We humans are herd animals thus we feel safer with our herd, Survival for millions of years often relied on ones ability to quickly and accurately identify members of hostile herds/ nations, religions etc. Spot Danger. It cannot be turned off in a generation. if ever.. maybe it shouldn't cause it works .

The moment you look at anyone instinctively you are sizing them up, measuring the probability of them being a friend or FOE... is it a man or woman, do they talk like you look , dress like you , etc. its automatic, it has worked forever and its not a BAd thing when one is aware of whats happening in their head.

We live in Multi Racial society, IT IS WHAT MADE OUR COUNTRY GREAT, everyone contributes, people of another race may be part of our culture, not necessarily a threat anymore,
BUT MULTI CULTURALISM is IMHO unfortunatly alive and well , thriving in America, there are Dangerous Cultures in America and Members of particular Races dominate them, so ????
POint being we are all racist, sexist, religious bigots, etc, n we always will be. HOw intelligently we use that instinct will determine our survival or demise. Denying it is not going to help anyone, and turning it off may work against you.
