Yes I'm a rookie, newbie what ever you call it. I have an orientation w/ Stevens and I'm looking for the good, I've read a lot of bad, it there anyone out there that is still w/ Stevens or is this a one year get experience and get the heck out company? I'm a U.S. Army reservist so I'm used to the bs.

If they hire rookies they most likely have a high turnover rate
Which means they are
A get in & get out type company
Not being neg but if they are hiring rookies with all the experienced guys some not all ( out of the biz)
Chances are it's smoke in mirrors -
Been with Stevens for 2 1/2 years. they have lived up to their side of the contract, and I have been happy with what I have accomplished with them.

I have a clean driving and personal record, I am a US
Army reservist, with 8 year active. After losing my mother I decided to get my CDL and explore the states. Stevens was the one that offered me the most OTR training and I only needed to be home for drill. Thank you all for your comments.
