I figured they all wanted some experience. I'm just hoping there is a place that is willing to do some training as long as you had your CDL. I'll do long haul but I'm reading too much negative on the cookie-cutters.

New Century and many of the "good companies" require experience due to insurance costs and customer service, you might have to bite the bullet and go with one of the national companies like JB Hunt or Prime. Best of luck.

PGT is based out of upstate Pennslyvannia and hires newbies. You need to get your CDL first though. I know they try to get you through the house once a week. They are a flatbed company. There is a fellow who lives in Philly doing a thread on them. BOL to you

Carlisle Carrier Corp. based out of mechanicsburg pa,they train newbies, dry food hauler,weekly hometime.miles are low considering you will be running northeast region.
