here guys got one for you had a 1 at Cowiche WA. PU between 0700 and 1700 got there at 1130 checked in at 12 thier time. guess my clock is off from theirs anyway I finally got loaded at 1430 the next day had to reset my 99 and lost my 900 mile preset now I want detention which I will get but not 24 hours which I should get and the shipper was paying 89 Cents per minute to WM for each truck that was there past their PU time. (had to here them ######## about it all day both days) WTF What has WM to do with it and they probably charged Us to reset the delivery Appointment

 

Another question why is it that when you see another central driver on the road they wont even acknowledge you are there. I mean some will but most wont I have to go up to them and say hi but there all buddy buddy at the terminals I don't get it. come on guys give me a clue.

They did not impress me when I checked their site. The pay is crappy. Someone said they are owned my mormons. It sounds more like they are owned by a bunch of...nevermind, I better not say it.

 

I suggest drinking water the day before as well as the morning before. Totally avoid caffeign and sweets. Water will actualy lower your bp as long as you stay hydrated and caffeign will actually raise your bp. So drink lots of water to get the crap out of your system and to get yourself hydrated. If you are thirsty then you are dehydrated. That means your organs and especially your heart are dry. Dry hearts raise pulse and bp.
