Doing good, thanks for asking. BP and heart rate and fine. Schneider has exercise rooms in their OC's and I use them every chance I get (which isn't often since they do keep us running.) If we are stopped somewhere I get out and walk for as long as I can. I try to eat right. So far so good. We have a BP monitor with us so we keep an eye on it.
I felt sorry for those guys that were at Arrow when it all went south. Many were stuck far from home when they found out their comdata cards were shut off. They were told to bring their trucks to the nearest terminal and that was that. They had to find their own way home. Many other companies Schneider included had a deal where they transported drivers that were abandoned back home. That owner better never show his face again there are plenty of drivers that would love a piece of him.
Roehl driver here got any info you need on them

What is their per diem policy? Can you opt out of it or do they kinda force it on you?

you can choose, and i think you can change the pay plan at any time, premium or per diem
